# Council Decision of 14 November 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, and the provisional application of the Protocol agreed between the European Union and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau setting out fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the two parties currently in force (2011/885/EU), Division 5


The final statement of the fees due for the current year shall be drawn up by the European Commission by 15 June of the following year at the latest on the basis of the catch declarations made by each vessel owner and confirmed by the scientific institutes responsible for verifying catch data in the Member States, such as the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), the Instituto Español de Oceanografía (IEO) and the Instituto Português de Investigação Marítima (IPIMAR) via the Delegation of the European Union.
